These terms govern your use of the Car Buying and Selling website and services.

1. Our Services

• Deal Analysis Report (£99) — a written report reviewing a car deal you have been offered.
• Deal Analysis Report + Consultation (£169) — the above, plus a one-to-one video or phone consultation.
• Premium Deal Finder (£399) — consultation followed by sourcing, vetting and negotiation of a vehicle and trade-in.

2. Ordering & Payment

Services are paid in full at booking via our secure payment portal. Once confirmed, you are directed to an online form to submit your details.

3. Service Delivery

The Deal Analysis Report is typically delivered within a few working days. Consultations are scheduled at a convenient time. The Premium Deal Finder timeline depends on your requirements and market availability.

4. The Money-Back Guarantee

• Deal Analysis Report & Report + Consultation: if acting on the advice does not save you more than the fee, you get a full refund.
• Premium Deal Finder: if we do not secure £1,000+ in quantifiable savings, you get a full refund of the £399 fee.

5. The Nature of Our Advice

All advice is based on the information you supply and general market/trade knowledge. It does not constitute a mechanical inspection, warranty, or financial/legal advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fee paid for that service.

7. Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible before work begins for a full refund. Once in progress, requests are assessed case-by-case.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
