Your completed report will be sent to you within one working day after submitting your questionnaire. If you have chosen the full premium service, I’ll start working on your deal right away.
Yes. Any deal details, personal information or documents you submit are used solely to prepare your report or consultation and are never shared with dealers, sellers or third parties.

Choosing the right service
The Deal Analysis Report (£99) is a written review of a deal you've already been offered. The Report + Consultation (£169) adds a one-to-one video or phone call. The Premium Deal Finder (£399) is a fully managed service for buyers who haven't found a car yet.

You'll be taken to a short online form to submit the details I need — your deal, your trade-in, or your requirements.
All three services include a trade-in sense-check. Active negotiation of your trade-in value on your behalf is part of the Premium Deal Finder.
Guarantee & Refunds
How the money-back guarantee works
For the Deal Analysis Report and Report + Consultation, if acting on my advice doesn't save you more money than you paid, you get a full refund. For the Premium Deal Finder, if I don't secure you £1,000 or more in quantifiable savings, you get the £399 fee back in full.
Savings are calculated against the original deal or asking price you submitted, based on the final agreed price, finance terms or trade-in value once you've acted on the advice given.
The guarantee is tied to acting on the advice given. If you choose not to proceed with any purchase, get in touch — refund eligibility is assessed case by case.
Simply get in touch with details of the outcome and any supporting paperwork. Refunds are processed promptly once eligibility is confirmed.
